Le poste
La mission :
Our Japanese office is now expanding and we are looking for intern to assist us with the day to day operation and administration duties.
o Ensure the daily operations are accomplished efficiently and successfully
o Logistics - Manage the inbound and outbound product shipment process, from product inspection to packaging, handling, shipping and tracking package delivery
o Manage inventory
o Manage office & shipping supplies
o E-commerce sales handling and reporting
o Sales fair performance event reporting
o Sales analysis report
Le profil :
o Highly motivated, detailed-oriented and team player
o Ability to think independently
o Experience managing multiple projects at one time
o Demonstrates a positive attitude and interacts professionally
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Proficiency in MS Office and other necessary computer skills
o Intermediary Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2)
