La mission :

Your mission
You will work for one of Europe's friendliest travel agencies and your main tasks can include:
o Booking management (altering, cancelling or creating new reservations)
o Registering contacts and client information according to the work procedures
o Offering information, solutions and advising customers regarding the company's services
o Contributing to a positive customer experience through a responsible treatment of each contact
o Achieving the performance targets defined by the project

Le profil :

Profile
o Native or fluent in French
o Good command of English (minimum B2)
o Previous experience in customer service, tourism or travel is a plus
o Availability to work in rotating shifts (schedules depending on the project)
o Good computer skills - knowledge of GDS tools (such as Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus)
o Excellent listening and communication skills
o Positive attitude and team spirit
