Internship - International Business Developer for Italy H/F

La mission :

We are looking for dynamic, passionate and idea-driven candidates to join the International Team at Yoopies. You will be working closely with a senior country manager to grow the Yoopies brand and services in Italy. The role is a great mix of marketing, communications, user experience and data analysis skills.

Your duties:

* You will analyse the market and the culture to adapt Yoopies products to it.
* You will manage the Yoopies social networks for Italy.
* You will collect feedback about our customers and provide support/guidance via email, chat, phone or FAQ articles.
* You will do quality control of our customers by moderating and verifying our members' profiles.
* You will write content articles/posts to drive traffic and brand awareness.
* You can propose events and partnerships to promote Yoopies in your country.
* You will participate in acquisition campaigns to drive traffic to the website and get the first customer base.

We are looking for you if

You are passionate about startups, you regularly use sites like Airbnb, Blablacar, Vinted etc, you have an entrepreneurial mindset and are ready to learn by yourself, work hard and challenge the team with new ideas.

We may ask you what degree you have or how many years of experience you have, but that's not how we work. Are you smart? Are you ready to adapt to a rapidly growing startup? Your intelligence, ingenuity and problem-solving skills will make a difference.

You consider yourself an open-minded person and are interested in moving to Paris.

You are very familiar with Italian culture and have a good vision of the childcare and home care market. And you are a native Italian with fluency in English.
