Internship in IT Recruitment H/F

La mission :

As a recruiter, your mission will be to attract and select top talents from the Information Technology field.

o Write and publish job offers on various websites
o Source and vet candidates through specific search tools
o Assist in screening candidates based on precise qualifications
o Manage applications and follow-up with candidates during the recruitment process
o Keep internal recruiting tools up to date
o Assist during candidate interviews (phone, Skype, face-to-face)

Le profil :

You have a strong interest in recruitment
o Master level, preferably in Human Resources and/or Psychology-related topics
o Good interpersonal skills and open-minded, you can help reveal candidates' soft skills
o Good writing and verbal communication skills
o You enjoy new technologies and using social media
o Strong PC skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
o Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
o Fluent in English and French, German is nice to have
o Car and driving license are highly recommended
