We're searching for our next French- and English-speaking Client Relationship Technical Support Specialist. You could be involved in:
- Technical Support
- Technical Client understanding
- Local industry standards
- Internal Functional support
- Operational client relationships
- Technical Client Servicing
You will have:
- Degree in Finance or a related area
- First experience in a financial sector operational environment - and/or managing client relationships
- Experience relating to the negotiation / implementation of Service Level and Legal Agreements
- Sound IT skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel and Client Relationship Management systems
- Strong numeracy and written skills
You have the ability to:
- Understand the financial markets and investment products
- Bring periodic flexibility required regarding working hours and ability to accommodate some travel
- Motivate yourself and work autonomously, good time management and organisational skills
- Work independently and within a team environment to build and maintain strong working relationships through coaching and mentoring
- Fluent in French and English (verbal and written)
