Position: Sales Intern

Location: Brugge

Duration: 2 months

Internship Overview: As a Sales Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the art and media industry, develop essential sales skills, and contribute to the growth of our business. You will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining insights into sales strategies, client relationship management, and the operational aspects of a creative company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and markets.
- Support the sales team in preparing and delivering presentations and pitches.
- Help maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Assist in organizing and attending industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional content.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails with potential and existing clients.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify trends.

Le profil :

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in or recent graduate from a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, Art, Media, or a related field.
Strong interest in sales, marketing, and the art and media industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
