La mission :
The Role
Tesla is looking for a Rectification Associate who is willing to work at one of the most innovative car brands in the world. Within this position, you will be responsible for checking and correcting our cars at the end of the assembly line. You can work independently. If you have time to spare, you will pro-actively help your colleagues changing tires et cetera.
Le profil :
o You are an automotive technician and will inspect, repair and rectify Tesla electric vehicles after the assembly process.
o You can cope with/handle different kinds of tools, machines and equipment.
o You will inspect, maintain and certify the equipment.
o You will check vehicles before delivery.
o You will contribute to the cleaning of the cars and the service center.
- Client is looking for persons willing to work as much as they can. This means that there could be weeks with 60hours. Those hours will be paid as overhours, 125% up to 145%. When it is vacation time or just to busy to fix everything in 5 days, candidates will be asked to work also on saturdays.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the carrepair business is a pre
- Client will pay in the range from EUR2200 upto EUR2499 a month + overhours paid extra and shift hours paid extra
- When candidates are good, they get a 6 month contract, and this will be continued if client is satisfied
