This is 3 month+ (flexible) internship based in Montpellier, France, starting in late June or July. It's an amazing early-career opportunity to be a salesperson driving revenue against a quota for both new and expansion sales. You will get experience in an established and growing SaaS company, international sales environment, and exposure to other business units. We're looking for a motivated self-starter who has a strong interest in sales, provides an outstanding customer experience and strong presentation skills. You'll be single-handedly managing an inbound pipeline of sales opportunities across a very large customer base.
You will:
Quickly gain a strong understanding of the Zendesk platform and customer needs
Be the voice of the small business customer - understand their needs and make them into heroes
Be responsible for responding to high volumes of inbound calls and emails from new and existing customers
Learn and deliver high-impact product demos
You have:
A self-motivated and driven nature
Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
The ability to successfully manage a high volume of opportunities at all times
Fluency in French and intermediate English skills
The ability to thrive in a startup environment - you move quickly, think strategically and are superb at tactical execution
