Trainee - Product Management / Business Analyst H/F

La mission :

o Independent learning, training in the methods and tools of product management, professional and personal development with the support of experienced colleagues
o Regular visits and interviews with customers and non-customers to identify current products problems.
o Value stream and customer journeys analysis and design workshops preparation and animation
o Support in the creation of strategic decision proposals based on all market facts, results of the analyses (SWOT, target segments etc.), evaluations (KPIs, product efficiency), further information on the business plan as well the calculation of the business case.
o Creation of the Initiatives and Epics requirements for current and future products based on scenarios taken from the fields and the results of the business analysis.
o Support in the creation of product positioning, benefit arguments and B case arguments for the target audiences
o Support the KPI definition and control (creation, threshold value determination)
o Regular status comparison with your contact person from the technical development team

Le profil :

o Experience in the field of software, eCommerce, Marketing, or product management
o Economic sciences, engineering, or technician training with additional training in business administration is a big plus.
o Great people skills and good communication skills
o Strong analytical, strategic, and coordinating skills
o A high degree of personal initiative, learning ability and willingness to learn are a basic prerequisite.
o A Product Management certification is an advantage but not a must have.
o The role of a could require to customers and non-customers in Europe.
